Ignore Attachments in PST Extraction

Added an option in the PST extraction modal to ignore attachments, helping users reduce file clutter by excluding non-essential files during email extraction. This will prevent all attachments (and images) from being extracted, and only the base email will be extracted.

Option for extracting PST files as PDF instead of HTML or Text.

Create Application Records in Organization Service

Enables the system to create application records in the organization service (backend only, frontend facing changes coming soon), laying the groundwork for improved integration and future automation. This backend capability will streamline account management and support upcoming frontend enhancements.

NR-5143: Resolves an issue where deleting invalid staff time would fail without any visible error, ensuring users receive accurate feedback and timeline events reflect actual changes.
NR-5214: Fixed an issue where requests with custom checkbox fields could not be viewed, ensuring proper handling of field values and preventing navigation errors for affected users.
NR-5153: Resolved a problem where optimized vector {{glossary.PDF}} viewing was blocked by Content Security Policy settings, restoring document rendering functionality across supported browsers.
