Updated the Joint Legislative Audit and Review Committee (JLARC) report language to align with current standards and requirements. Revised the phrasing from "Number of requests closed within 5 days" to "Number of requests received during the reporting period where the requester received the records within 5 days," ensuring accurate and compliant terminology for the Washington customers.
