Enhanced Auditability/Logging of Document Access
Detailed logging and metrics for document views have been added to the document view page. This enables agency and guest users to track document access and maintain transparency.

What Counts as a View
Any access to the document counts as a view. Both opening the document directly and downloading it (either on the request page or using our download button on the document page) will count as a view."
