This article is for public requesters. You may need to provide additional documentation so the agency can fulfill your request. If this happens, you can upload a document to your request in a few different ways. By default, any documents you upload will not be visible to the public; however, the organization can choose to release those documents if/when they publish the request.
Upload a Document to Your Request in the Portal After Submission
Sign in to your account
Click on All Requests at the top of the page
Click on the Requester filter under My Requests and click the Apply Filters button
Select the Request Number to open the request
Click the Add Document icon (paperclip) in the upper right-hand corner
Click the upload icon or drag and drop your files into the button that reads "Drop your files and folders here or click to upload (files only)"
Click the Save button
Upload a Document on a Request Submission
To upload a document on a request, you will first need to log in to your account. If this is your first time to submit a request, this will happen automatically after you submit. You can follow the steps above to upload your document(s).
Instructions
Sign in to your account
Click Make Request
Click the Choose File(s) button
Drag and drop files into the space provided, or click into the space to select files from your device
Click the Save button to add the document(s) to your request
Click the Make request button to submit your request to the agency
Upload a File to Your Request Through Email
Note:
The following image files cannot be uploaded through email at this time: JPG, IMG, or GIF.
Instructions
Locate an email related to the request in your email inbox; this should include the Request ID # in the subject line
Reply to the email and attach the non-image file you wish to upload; you can include a message to agency staff as well if needed
