Users List Report

Admins can download a report containing information about all of your users. This includes how much time they have logged responding to requests. The user data will be exported as a spreadsheet file (.xlxs) which you can open in Excel and use for internal metrics and other analyses.

Currently, the default is to export the complete list of all active users (including requesters). You also have the option to include deactivated users as well if you wish.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your account

  2. Navigate to the Admin header and click Reports in the drop-down Reports menu.

  3. Click the Users List button Users list button in top left.

  4. Choose if you'd like to set a Custom date range or set for All TimeReport dates with all time or custom date options.

  5. Select which user Roles you'd like included Roles checkboxes for Admins, Department admins, Publishers, Staff, Guests.

  6. (Optional) Check to Include Deactivated users in your report Include deactivated checkbox.

  7. Click the Generate button Generate button.
