Add a Recreation Management Event to a Form

If you have the Recreation Management integration set up on your account, you can add the Recreation Management submission event to forms.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to Forms and open the desired form or create a new form

  3. Select the Workflow tab and click Add Submission Event

  4. Add the Recreation Management event to the form and fill out the fields:
    Form fields for Recreation Management event type and conditional environment settings.

    • Label: Add an optional label to the event

    • Environment: If applicable, select the appropriate environment from the drop-down

    • Run Conditionally: This allows you to run the workflow event when specific conditions are met.

  5. Click Save
