Add Images to Checkbox/Radio Button Elements

Checkboxes and Radio Button elements can include images to help users pick the correct options.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Create or edit an existing form and navigate to the Builder tab Builder tab on the form management screen.

  3. Click Add New ElementAdd New Element.

  4. Add a Radio Buttons or Checkboxes element to the form Radio buttons or checkboxes elements.

  5. Add a Label for the element and toggle on the Display as Buttons option Radio button label and display as buttons.

  6. Enter Custom Options for the buttons Radio button custom options.

  7. Select the camera icon next to an option Radio button camera icon.

  8. Drag an image or click to upload an image Radio button upload image.

  9. Use the cropping tool to zoom in/out on the image and select the position Radio button crop image.

  10. Click UploadRadio button upload image button.

  11. Upload images for the remaining options, as needed Radio button camera icons for remaining options.

  12. Scroll up and click SaveSave builder.

  13. Your form will now display images for the radio buttons/checkboxes Image Radio Button Example.
