Add Images to Checkbox/Radio Button Elements

Checkboxes and Radio Button elements can include images to help users pick the correct options.

Instructions

1. Sign in to your site

2. Create or edit an existing form and navigate to the Builder tab

3. Click Add New Element

4. Add a Radio Buttons or Checkboxes element to the form

5. Add a Label for the element and toggle on the Display as Buttons option

6. Enter Custom Options for the buttons

7. Select the camera icon next to an option

8. Drag an image or click to upload an image

9. Use the cropping tool to zoom in/out on the image and select the position

10. Click Upload

11. Upload images for the remaining options, as needed

12. Scroll up and click Save

13. Your form will now display images for the radio buttons/checkboxes
