The Auth0 integration allows app users to log in with an existing Auth0 user pool. CivicPlus's Auth0 integration uses SAML 2.0.
Instructions
Navigate to Apps and click Manage on your app
Select the Developer Tools tab
Click Configure SAML under Integrate with a SAML SSO Provider
Select the Auth0 option
Follow the setup instructions
Add the Identity Provider Metadata URL
Select Save
If needed, Edit Group Claims
Note:
Users should be granted access when they belong to any configured group, while apps with no group claims should continue to allow any authorized SAML user. Each group name must match a value in the groups claim returned by your SAML identity provider. Users can access this application if they have any configured matching group claim.
