Copy a Link to a Form

This article will show you how to copy a form's link.

Instructions

1. Sign in to your site

2. Navigate to Forms in the side panel and select the form

3. Navigate to the Summary tab

4. Under the Information section select Copy to Clipboard next to the form link

   Note:

   There may be multiple links if the form is associated with multiple apps, copy the link for the app you wish to link to.
