Two-Factor Sign-In

Prev Next

This article will show you how to navigate through a 2FA login. Two-factor authentication through CivicPlus Single Sign-On now uses two methods:

  • Authenticator App (recommended): This is the strongest and most reliable option for protecting accounts.

  • Email: A good fallback for users who can’t or don’t want to use an authenticator app, while still improving security compared to password-only login.

You can set up two-factor authentication on your account, or your organization may require 2FA.

Important Note

If you are unable to log in using 2FA, contact CivicPlus Support who can reset your 2FA settings.
