Use Form Templates

The Form Templates menu has been renamed to Form Library and can now be found in the Builder tab when creating a new form. When first opening the Builder tab, an option will be displayed to open the Forms Library and start with one of the preconfigured templates.

Instructions

1. Navigate to Forms

2. Create a new form

3. Navigate to the Builder tab

4. Select Create From Template

5. Search for and select a form template

6. Preview the form template

7. Click Import Form Template

8. Edit the form and add additional elements as needed

9. Click Save
