View Submission Data for Board Applications / Exit Forms

There are two main ways to view submission data for a board application or exit form: on the Submissions tab or using Data Viewer.

Submissions

The Submissions menu lets you see the submission history of a form within a specific date range. You can also see the status of where a submission is in the approval process, replay workflow events, and download PDF copies of a submission.

Data Viewer

The Data Viewer tab shows a table with the information that was submitted for each field on a form. The data can then be downloaded as a CSV file. You can customize what you would like to include in the file by sorting and filtering the submission data and choosing which columns/form elements to display.
