The Activity Check-In Section is a useful feature of the product that allows staff members to verify the access of Users in a facility, activity, or in attendance at a ticketed event. Check-ins are recorded in the system and can be referenced in the reporting section.

When to Use
Check-ins can validate attendance and access to:
Participants showing up for drop-in classes such as fitness classes
Attendance of ticketed special events such as movie nights, concerts, and festivals
Membership access to a facility
How to Apply
While learning how to use the activity check-in sections, you may experience areas where you have questions. If you have any questions or run into issues, please keep track of them so your CivicPlus representative can address them during training.
Please complete the following:
Practice checking in a member to a facility their membership has access to
Enroll a test user in a class and set the schedule to the current day
In the upper right-hand corner of Recreation Management, set your location to the same location the session is scheduled to take place and familiarize yourself with the activity check-in section
Practice checking in members in the quick check-in section
Explore and test checking in on a mobile device
