This article will show you how to add assigned Sessions or Facilities to a Survey Template.
Important Notes:
You can add either a Session or Facility, but not both. The Survey Type will determine if you can add sessions or facilities.
The below instructions will work the same for Sessions and Facilities. When [Item] appears, fill in with the applicable item type (either Sessions or Facilities).
Instructions
Navigate to Configuration > Template > Survey Templates
Edit the desired survey
Navigate to the Sessions or Facilities tab
Click Assign [Items]
Select the checkboxes for the items you want to add
Click Add Selected [Items]
Configure each item
Days: Input the number of days before or after the session/rental date to send the survey
Timing: Choose to send the survey Before or After the end of a session/rental date
Click Save Survey Template
