Add Sessions or Facilities to a Survey Template

This article will show you how to add assigned Sessions or Facilities to a Survey Template.

Important Notes:

  • You can add either a Session or Facility, but not both. The Survey Type will determine if you can add sessions or facilities. survey type

  • The below instructions will work the same for Sessions and Facilities. When [Item] appears, fill in with the applicable item type (either Sessions or Facilities).

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Configuration > Template > Survey Templatesconfiguration, templates, survey templates in left navigation menu

  2. Edit the desired survey edit survey template

  3. Navigate to the Sessions or Facilities tabsessions or facilities tabs

  4. Click Assign [Items]assign sessions button

  5. Select the checkboxes for the items you want to add select sessions

  6. Click Add Selected [Items]add selected sessions

  7. Configure each item configure item

    • Days: Input the number of days before or after the session/rental date to send the survey

    • Timing: Choose to send the survey Before or After the end of a session/rental date

  8. Click Save Survey Templatesave survey template
