Add Special Notes to a Facility's Receipt

This article explains how to add special notes to a facility. These notes will appear on the Transaction Receipt.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Facilities, then to Facility List Use the Left Menu to click the Facility List under the Facility Tab.

  2. Expand the Location Click the Plus icon to expand location options.

  3. Edit a Facility Use the pencil icon to edit a facility.

  4. Navigate to the Receipt tab Receipt tab.

  5. Add notes in the text box Add any notes in the text box.

  6. Select Save FacilityClick the Save Facility button.

  7. Facility Notes will now display on the Transaction Receipt when a user makes a reservation Facility receipt notes.
