Adjust a Flat Rate Type Reservation

This article will show you how to adjust a Flat Rate Type reservation.

Important Note:

For the Flat Rate Type, a refund is required if the adjustment doesn’t match the exact time and dates of the rate.

Instructions

1. Create a Flat Rate Type

2. Create a reservation with the Flat Rate type

3. If you need to make an adjustment, you must Refund the reservation

   Note:

   With the Flat Rate Type, you can only adjust a reservation if you're moving it to a different day and keeping the same time slot. Other changes aren’t allowed. To make any other adjustments, you’ll need to go through the refund process.
