This article will show you how to manually adjust the credit on an account.

Instructions

  1. Search for and select a user search and select user

  2. Under Account Actions, select Adjust Creditadjust credit

  3. Adjust the New Credit Amountcurrent new credit

  4. Enter a Comment, if desired comments

  5. Click Submitsubmit credit adjustment

  6. View the receipt credit adjustment receipt
