Overview
This article will show how public users can access their Transaction History on the Public Portal.
Instructions
If needed, select profile, then Switch to Public View
Click Account
Select Transaction History on the right-hand menu
Use the filters at the top to refine the results
From/To: Select the date range you wish to see transactions for
Receipt #: Look up a specific receipt number if needed
Show Voids: Select to show any voided transactions in the results
Show Tax Deductible: Check to show items that are set up as tax-deductible
Account Member: Choose the members of the account to show transactions for
Click Refresh Results
View the transactions
If desired, select Download Results to download a CSV file of the transaction history
