View Transaction History on the Public View

Overview

This article will show how public users can access their Transaction History on the Public Portal.

Instructions

  1. If needed, select profile, then Switch to Public Viewswitch to public view

  2. Click Accountaccount

  3. Select Transaction History on the right-hand menu transaction history

  4. Use the filters at the top to refine the results filters

    • From/To: Select the date range you wish to see transactions for

    • Receipt #: Look up a specific receipt number if needed

    • Show Voids: Select to show any voided transactions in the results

    • Show Tax Deductible: Check to show items that are set up as tax-deductible

    • Account Member: Choose the members of the account to show transactions for

  5. Click Refresh Resultsrefresh results

  6. View the transactions view results

  7. If desired, select Download Results to download a CSV file of the transaction history download results
