Rental items can be adjusted to change the rental date and time, rental item, rate, and quantity. Additionally, add-on fees and discounts can be adjusted for equipment rentals.
Important Notes
Changing the rental item quantity will allow for overriding the available quantity. Take care when adjusting to avoid double bookings.
Equipment Rental reservations can only be adjusted prior to the rental item being returned. Once the item has been returned (checked in) through the Equipment Rentals Dashboard, it can no longer be adjusted.
If the item rental is in conjunction with a facility reservation, adjusting the item reservation will not affect the facility reservation.
Instructions
Log in to Recreation Management
Navigate to the Accounts tab
Search for the User
Select the User Account
Under Account Actions, select Transaction Browser
Select the Equipment Rentals Tab
Adjust any necessary filters to find the item reservation
Select the menu under the Actions column
Click the Adjust button
Adjust any needed details. You may need to scroll down to see all adjustable fields.
New User: Changes the account member who is renting the item
New Date: Change the rental date
Be sure to check the item and rate type to make sure they are the same. They should automatically stay the same, but it is always good to check.
New Times: Adjust rental time
New Item: Changes the item being reserved
New Quantity: Changes the quantity being reserved.

New Rate Type: Changes the rate charged
Fee Override: Enter additional fees that would override the standard fee amount or enter $0 if you do not wish to charge any fees for adjustments.
Adjustment Notes: Notes will be included on the receipt
Add-Ons: Select or remove add-on fees
Discount: Select or remove any discounts
Click the Perform Rental Adjustment button
