This article will show you how to apply the Conflict Override option to a session. This is a possible if your Membership Activities Location shows as TBD.
Instructions
Log in to Recreation Management
Navigate to the Activities tab, then to Activity List
Expand an Activity
Select Edit Session (pencil icon) next to the desired session
Navigate to Schedule
Select the Conflict Override checkbox
Select Save Session
