Assign POS Items to the Correct Screen

This article will show you how to assign POS Items to the correct POS Screen. This may also help resolve an issue if your POS Item does not appear in the Catalog.

Important Note

If the POS Screen has a different GL Code than the POS Item, the POS Screen's GL Code will override the POS Item's GL Code as the active GL Code.

Instructions

1. Navigate to POS Items

2. Expand a group

3. Edit a POS Item

4. Review and select appropriate Screens

5. Select Save POS Item
