Item Tags categorize or group certain features like activities, POS, facilities, etc., that you can use for criteria searches and assign to Catalog Tabs. Think of an Item Tag as similar to a hashtag used for social media.

When to Use
Item Tags are a useful organizational tool to help staff and Users find what they are looking for more easily.
On your public-facing Catalog, if a user only wants to see certain facility types that are rentable, they can click that Item Tag then the public-facing Catalog will display only facilities with that specific Item Tag assigned to it
Item Tags can also be added to sessions for users to see sessions available by specific ages or genders.
How to Apply
