Previous Lesson: Creating Prompts

Attachments can be included in the checkout process for a facility or activity. Users can view/download the attachment during the transaction and the attachment(s) will also be emailed with a Copy of the receipt.

Waivers in Recreation Management are used to inform public users of potential important legal agreements. Waivers will appear in the checkout process. For the Internal side of the system, staff can choose to email the waiver or have a paper waiver printed. For the public side of the checkout process, users will agree to the waiver before continuing to pay.

When to Use

Attachments can provide additional information for your users. This can be:

  • Facility Maps for reservations

  • Forms such as alcohol permits that need to be turned in to the local police department

  • Rulebooks for Summer Camps

Waivers are commonly used to provide additional agreements commonly found on reservation/registration forms that users must sign. These can be:

  • General Liability

  • Photo Release

  • Facility Usage
