Catalog Filters

This article will show you how to apply or clear the Rentals, Registration, Merchandise, and Drop-In filters in the Catalog.

Important Note:

The available catalog filters will change depending on the type of Catalog tab selected. Configuration settings for tab types in a catalog management system.

Instructions

  1. Log in to Recreation Management

  2. Navigate to the CatalogNavigation menu Highlighting the Catalog Tab

  3. Use the filters on the left-hand side to narrow down results for the selected catalog tab

    • Rentals tab filters: Highlighted filters for the facility rental options in the catalog.

      • Keyword or code: Search a term or code

      • Location: Choose a location from the list

      • Rental From/To: Set a date range for rental availability

        • Note:

          The system will display the facilities that are either partially or fully available for at least one of the days in the filtered date range. Facilities that are not available will not be displayed in the list or grid view.

      • Facility Tags: If available, choose the narrow results by facility tags

    • Registration tab filters:Highlighted registration tab filters in the catalog.

      • Keyword or code: Search a term or code

      • Location: Choose a location from the list

      • Category: Select an activity category

      • Age Group: Filter by Youth, Adult, or Senior age groups

      • Days of the Week: View availability for specific days of the week

      • Activity Tags: If available, narrow results using activity tags

    • Merchandise tab filters:Highlighted filters for the point of sale items in the catalog.

      • Keyword or code: Search a term or code

      • Group: Filter by the POS groups associated with the catalog tab

    • Drop-In tab filters: Catalog Drop in tab filters highlighted for use.

      • Keyword or code: Search a term or code

  4. The catalog will automatically refresh with applied filters

  5. To remove filters, click Clear All FiltersCatalog Clear all Filters button highlighted.
