Change a Participant: Wrong Account Member Registered

If the wrong account member is registered for an event, you can change the participant to the correct account member by using the change participant feature.

Important Note:

You can only transfer participants who are on the same user account. You cannot switch from one family account to another. If you must switch to a completely different account, please Contact Recreation Management Support for assistance.

Instructions

  1. Search for and select a user account Select user account.

  2. Select Voids, Refunds, & Transfers under Account ActionsHighlighting the Voids, Refunds, and Transfers option under Account Actions.

  3. Select the Actions. Then select Change Participant next to the Transaction you want to editActivities tab highlighting the action change participant.

  4. Under Target Participant, select the participant you want to change to Participant Transfer highlighting target participant drop down menu.

  5. Select Preview TransferParticipant transfer page highlighting Preview Transfer button.

  6. Select Complete Transfer Complete transfer button highlighted.
