Change Password for Your Account

This article will show you how internal staff users can change their passwords in Recreation Management. The way you change your password depends on whether or not you can access your account.

Important Notes

  • The following instructions are only for organizations that are not using CivicPlus Single Sign-On.

  • If your organization is using CivicPlus Single Sign-On, please reference the instructions to reset your password.

I Can Log In to My Account

  1. Sign in to your account

  2. Navigate to your User Profile > My Accountmy account option under the profile dropdown

  3. Hover over your name and click the edit iconedit account member

  4. Enter your desired Password into the fields password and confirm password fields

    Note: Your password must be at least 8 characters long. Your password must contain at least 3 of the following:

    • Lower case letters

    • Upper case letters

    • Numbers

    • Special characters

  5. Click Save Usersave user

I Cannot Log In to My Account

  1. Select Password Resetpassword reset option in left navigation menu

  2. Enter your Email addressemail field

  3. Click Submitsubmit password

  4. Click the link in your emailchange password

  5. Enter your New Password into the fields new password

    Note: Your password must be at least 8 characters long. Your password must contain the following:

    • Lower case letters

    • Upper case letters

    • Numbers

    • Special characters

  6. Click Submitsubmit new password
