Check-In Overview

This article explains how to find and use Check-In for activities, memberships, and tickets.

Note

You can enhance this feature by utilizing Account Alerts.

Check-In from the Accounts Page

  1. Log in to Recreation Management.

  2. Go to the Accounts tab.
    Left hand navigation menu Accounts tab.

  3. Find and click Check-In in the top-right corner.

  4. If Membership is selected, type in a name or membership number, or scan a barcode.

  5. If Ticket is selected you can scan the ticket.

Check-In from the Activities Tab

  1. Log in to Recreation Management.

  2. Select the Activities tab and then Check-In. activities, check-in

  3. Use the Activity/Membership Check-In

    • Membership Scan: Scan membership IDs or enter and search members manually.  membership scan

    • Activity Check-In: Check a member into a specific activity/session.  activity check-in

    • Ticket Check-In: Manually enter or scan ticket numbers.  ticket check in

    • Latest Check-Ins: View your latest check-ins.
