This article will show you how to check in/scan tickets on the day of the event.
Important Notes:
If you want to scan tickets for an event, you must sign into the location of the event.
The date on the ticket must also match the date of the event in Recreation Management. If they do not match, you cannot proceed with check-in or scanning.
Instructions
Select Check-In at the top of the screen
Note: You can only check in on the day for which the activity is scheduled.
Select Ticket
Scan the barcode or manually input the ticket number
