Check In/Scan Tickets

This article will show you how to check in/scan tickets on the day of the event.

Important Notes:

  • If you want to scan tickets for an event, you must sign into the location of the event.

  • The date on the ticket must also match the date of the event in Recreation Management. If they do not match, you cannot proceed with check-in or scanning.

Instructions

  1. Select Check-In at the top of the screen check in

    Note: You can only check in on the day for which the activity is scheduled.

  2. Select Ticket ticket

  3. Scan the barcode or manually input the ticket number scan ticket
