Check In/Scan Tickets on Mobile

This article will outline how staff can use the Check-In option for tickets on a mobile device.

Instructions

  1. On your mobile Dashboard select Check-In check-in

  2. Navigate to the Tickets tab tickets

  3. Choose the correct Location location

  4. Enter the Ticket Number or select the camera icon to scan a barcode ticket number

  5. A confirmation will appear check in confirmation
