Create a League Schedule for a League Session

After you create a League session, you must configure a Schedule for the session.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Activities, then to Activity List

    Navigation to the Activities tab and then click Activity List

  2. Expand the Activity expand league

  3. Select Edit (pencil icon) next to the desired session edit league session

  4. Navigate to the Schedule tab schedule tab

  5. Click Add Schedule add schedule

  6. Fill in the fields configure schedule

    • Facility: Select a facility

    • Start Date/End Date: Create a date range

    • Start Time/End Time: Create a time range

    • Repeat: Choose how to repeat the session (One-Time, Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly)

    • Weekdays: Choose which weekday(s) to add the session to

    • Relative Date: Check this option to indicate that the session will be based on the week of the month, versus the day of the month

    • Reserve Facility: Check to reserve this facility

    • Conflict Override: Check to override scheduling conflicts

    • Setup Time (in minutes): Enter how long it will take to set up

    • Teardown Time (in minutes): Enter how long it will take to teardown

    • Cut Off Time (same-day registrations): Enter a cut-off time for same-day registrations

  7. Click Save Session save session
