Early Registration Discounts allow participants to register early for a discounted rate.
Instructions
Log in to Recreation Management
Navigate to the Configuration tab, and then Financial Settings, and then select Discounts
Click + Create Discount
Set the Discount Type as Early Registration Discount and fill out the form
Discount Name: Title of the discount
Discount Type: Select Early Registration Discount
Default GL code: Select the code to populate on the General Ledger
Select Save New Discount
Navigate to the Activities List
Navigate to the Session you would like to assign the Late Registration Add-on Fee to and click the edit pencil
On the Basics Tab, set the Registration Start Date to the beginning of Early Registration
Navigate to the Pricing Tab
Select Add Discount
Select your Early Registration Discount in the drop-down.
Fill in the day and time you want Early Registration to end
Click Save Session
