Delete a Card on File

This article will show you how to remove a Card On File for a user.

Instructions

  1. Log in to Recreation Management

  2. Search and select a user Search and select user account.

  3. Select Cards on File on the right-hand sideAccount Actions List with Cards on File highlighted.

  4. Select the red X next to the card you would like to delete List of saved payment methods for account user highlighting the X tools function.

  5. Reply OK to the pop-up that asks Delete this Payment Method? Confirmation dialog asking to delete a payment method with OK and Cancel options.
