Edit Custom User Fields

This article will show you how to edit custom user fields.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Configurations > Organization > Custom User FieldsConfiguration, organization, custom user fields in left navigation menu.

  2. Select the edit tool to modify an existing field Edit custom field tool.

    Note:

    On this main page, you can also directly indicate whether or not a field is required. Required checkbox.

  3. Make modifications to any field Edit custom field data.

    • Data Type: Select what type of answers you want to retrieve

    • Label: Enter a label for your field

    • Max Length: Specify how many characters are possible in an answer; leave blank for unlimited

    • Required: Select if this field is a required field

      Note:

      Options will vary based on the type of custom user field you select.

  4. Select Save Custom Field Save custom field button.
