When creating a facility, the Rental Options tab allows you to set parameters for your facility.

When to Use
Rental Options can determine settings such as:
If the public can Cancel reservations from home
If reservations need to be approved by staff members
The maximum days in advance a reservation can be made by a user
How to Apply
While learning how to utilize Rental Options, you may experience areas where you have questions. If you have any questions or run into issues, please keep track of them so your CivicPlus representative may address them.
Please complete the following:
Consider allowing your Users to make their reservations or to have staff approve rental requests
If you plan to support/decline rentals, create a public user test Account to practice making reservation requests
Consider post-rental buffers for your facilities
Determine if you will allow public cancellations and rentals then configure your timeframes
