The Recreation Management Facility Schedule helps staff manage reservations and bookings across locations and facilities. You can use it to view availability, create and edit bookings, and filter the schedule to display specific facilities, programs and reservation types.
Instructions
Navigate to the Facilities tab
Select Facility Schedule
View the Facility Schedule Filters
Filter Options
Locations: Filter the schedule by one or more locations
Note
Use Select all if you want to filter by other options such as facilities, programs, tags, or types.
Facilities: View Schedule by selected facility/facilities
Programs: View Schedule by selected program(s)
Tags: Select a type of tag to view on the Schedule
Types: Select which reservation types to display
Internal Reservations: View Admin bookings and other internal reservations with no transactions associated
Customer Reservations: View reservations with transactions associated
Activity Schedules (Reserved): Activities scheduled in reserved facilities
Activity Schedules (Non-Reserved): Activities scheduled in non-reserved facilities
Membership Schedules: Membership-related schedules
League Games: Scheduled league games
Closures: Facility closings
Pending Reservations: View all pending reservations for a facility
Price Estimates: Price estimate entries made through the Permits editor
Post-Rental Buffers: Time blocks reserved after rentals
Time: Select specific days of the week to display. The schedule will only show the selected days within your chosen date range
Date Range: Use the From and To fields to define the date range displayed on the schedule
Schedule Display Options: Choose the time increments shown on the Facility Schedule.
