Automated Email to Renew Membership
Internal now can schedule Email Reminders to those whose membership is set to expire. This new feature can be found in the Advanced tab of a Session in the Membership Setting section. To see how to set this up view the Advanced tab Section of the Create a New Session Article.
Note: This reminder email will be sent around 3:30 A.M. Eastern Time. Membership Email Reminders are not applicable with Memberships that Auto-Renew. Auto-Renew and Send Reminder cannot be selected at the same time. Email sent will display in Email Log as Membership Expiration Reminder for (Activity Session.)
The reminder email will display the information listed below:
You are receiving this email because you or an account member are currently enrolled in {Activity Name Session Name} with {Customer Name}.

Option to Alphabetize Activity List
A new button named Alphabetize List now appears in the filters of the Activity List. This button will alphabetize the Activities (excluding sessions) in the Activity List and Catalog, without the need for the manual Drag and Drop functionality.
This feature is only available to Administrators and a warning message will appear when the button is clicked This action will alphabetize the Activities in the Activity List and on the Catalog, for all users. Are you sure you wish to continue? Once the Activity List alphabetization message is acknowledged, the list will become alphabetized A-Z. Once this action is taken, the Drag and Drop feature still is available to use for future needs.
