Released Enhancements
SMS Opt-In Status Now Available in People Finder Reports
Staff can now view residents SMS opt-in status directly within People Finder reports, no need to open individual user records one at a time. Three new fields are available in both the People Finder and People Finder (with Report Pickup) reports:
SMS Opt-In Status (Phone 1)
SMS Opt-In Status (Phone 2)
SMS Opt-In Status (Phone 3)
Each field displays one of two values: Opted In or Not Opted In.
The new fields are not selected by default; add them from the Communication tab in the report’s field dropdown.
Reports can be sorted by SMS opt-in status to easily group opted-in and not-opted-in residents
All standard report actions continue to work with the new fields, including export, print, save, and schedule
Why This Matters
With these new report fields, staff can quickly identify residents who haven’t opted in and proactively encourage them to do so, helping ensure residents don’t miss critical communications. Quickly build targeted outreach lists to drive SMS enrollment across your community and reduce the administrative time spent clicking through individual accounts to verify communication preferences. To learn more about SMS alerts in Recreation Management, review the SMS section of our Help Center.

Coming Soon! Assign Participant Limits for Family Memberships
Organizations can now configure participant limits for Family memberships to better manage how many adults and children can be included. Set Family membership limits in session settings, including:
Max Adults per Family Membership
Max Children per Family Membership
Existing Max Cards per Household Setting
When a limit is reached, the system displays a clear message indicating that no additional members of that type can be added.
Membership Renewal Behavior
During renewal, participant limits are checked against the memberships selected members. If a renewal would exceed the newly configured participant limits:
Public users must update their selections, such as removing participants, before they can continue with renewal
Staff without override permissions will be prompted to obtain override approval before continuing
Admins and staff with override permissions can continue with the renewal even when limits are exceeded
Auto-billing renewals will continue to process normally in this scenario
Why This Matters
Participant limits give organizations more control over Family membership setup and help ensure memberships follow configured adult and child limits. Renewal handling also provides clear guidance when memberships exceed updated limits, while preserving staff override workflows when needed.

Coming Soon! Select Additional Members for Family Memberships at Checkout
Family Memberships now include a member selection step during purchase or renewal, allowing members to be assigned before checkout is completed. Resident and staff can select which eligible household members should be included on the membership as part of the checkout process. Once the transaction is complete, Digital Membership Cards will automatically be created and available for all selected members.
Resident Experience
During checkout for a Family Membership, residents can:
Select eligible household members to include on the membership
Select only household members who meet the organization’s configured eligibility rules, such as max adults, max children, max cards per household, age, residency, gender, prerequisites, and other restrictions.
Skip member selection during checkout if needed. If changes are needed after checkout, residents can contact the organization’s staff for assistance.
Staff Experience
Staff can also select members during checkout and have additional tools when permissions allow:
Override eligibility: add members who do not meet standard eligibility requirements.
Add non-account members: Add members from outside the household.
Skip and assign later: Complete checkout without selecting members and manage them afterward using existing membership management tools.
Manage members after checkout: Add or remove members after the membership has been purchased.
Renewals
During membership renewal, previously assigned members are displayed in the selection step. Staff and residents can update selections as needed.
Newly selected members are added, and membership cards are created.
Deselected members are removed, and membership cards are deleted.
Action Logging
Member additions, removals, and eligibility overrides are logged for audit purposes. Log details include the membership, member, acting user, timestamp, and source.
Why this matters
Organizations can better manage Family Memberships by selecting members at the point of purchase or renewal. This helps reduce staff follow-up work, supports eligibility controls, and gives staff greater flexibility to manage membership participation when needed.
