This article will show you how Public Users can access the League Portal, which must be shared via a web link. Any user can view the League Portal. They do not need to be registered for a league. League participants also have access to their Team Page in addition to the League Portal. To learn more about the team page, please review the League Portal Overview for League Participants.
Important Notes:
The steps below show how to obtain and share a link to your League Portal. Anyone with that link will be able to view the League Portal – users do not have to create an account or log in.
This defaults to allow all viewers to see the names of players on a roster. To limit team rosters to only be visible to Coaches/Managers, view Organization Options, search for League Module – Team Portal – Show Team Rosters, and change the value to No.
Instructions
Log in to Recreation Management
Navigate to Configuration, then Public View, and click Weblinks.
Highlight the League Portal link and copy it or right-click on the link and select Copy link address
Paste the link in front of your domain, domain/LeaguePortalLink, and search in your browser
View all current Leagues
To view a League's schedule and game results, click on the Schedule.
Within the Schedule, you can filter by team and/or by game location.
Team: Filter by team name.
Location: Filter by event location.
Click the Standings Link in the Standings Column.
Within the Standings view, you can print the standings.
Review the schedules and standings together by selecting the Access League Portal.
Within the League Portal view, you can add the league schedule to your calendar, print the schedule, or email the schedule.
