This article demonstrates how league participants can access the Team Page and League Portal. Only League participants, Coaches, and Managers can access the Team Pages in their League. To share a public view of the League Portal with all users, please visit the Public Access to the League Portal Article.
Important Note:
To limit team rosters to only be visible to Coaches/Managers, view the Organization Options Guide, search for League Module – Team Portal – Show Team Rosters, and change the value to No.
League Portal Navigation
Direct Participants to Log in to the Public View.
Click the Account button.
On the Dashboard, you can view the standings of the league.
Note: Teams that your household is registered for will display light grey. Teams that your household is coaching/managing will display dark gray. Teams that your household is not a part of will display white.
Note: A schedule in the League Session must be built for the standings to be displayed. This must be completed by an Internal User/Staff Member of the organization.
Select a Team Name to view their Team Page and gain access to the full League Schedule.
On the Team Page, upcoming games, standings, and the team roster will be displayed.
Click on an upcoming game to view the details, volunteer for tags, and let your coach/team manager know if you will be attending or not.
Note: Your coach/manager will not receive a notification of your attendance status, but they can check on attendance by logging in and viewing their upcoming games.
Full Schedule
View the Full Schedule tab.
From here you can add the schedule to your calendar, print the schedule, or mail the team schedule.
You can also select a game to view game details, assign a tag to yourself, and let your coach know if you will be attending the game.
Full League
Navigate to the Full League tab to see the schedule for all teams and the current standings.
Add the Full League Schedule to your calendar, print the schedule, or email the schedule.
You can view and print the League standings of any team in the league on the left side menu.
Tournaments
Navigate to the League Tournaments tab.
Click on a tournament to view the tournament bracket.
View the Tournament bracket including game locations, times, and scores.
