Report Pickup

In order to better handle large data requests, a second report with the title (With Report Pickup) is available for some of the standard reports. These new reports provide a CSV download of all of the same data found in the standard report; however, they are better equipped to handle large requests. The reports can be viewed/downloaded from the Report Pickup screen for 10 days.

This option is currently available for the following reports:

• Activities Report (With Report Pickup)

• General Ledger Detail (With Report Pickup)

• People Finder (With Report Pickup)

• Roster Report (With Report Pickup)

Important Note

The threshold for the report is around 100,000.

Instructions

1. Navigate to the Reports tab

2. Select the relevant report category

3. Click the (With Report Pickup) option

4. Select Filters

5. If desired, choose Fields

6. A note will appear that says, This report could take a while to prepare. It will be available on the report pickup screen when ready

7. Click the report pickup screen link or navigate to the Pickup tab

8. View and Download the report

   Note:

   The report will be available from the Pickup screen for 10 days.
