You will notice that some reports in your Recreation Management software are marked as scheduled for removal.
Please rest assured that before we remove these reports permanently, we will provide you with a detailed and advanced timeline so you can prepare accordingly. We are also working on evaluating replacements for many of these reports to ensure you continue to have access to the data and insights you need to manage your parks and rec operations effectively.
If any of the reports that are scheduled for removal are ones that you use often, please share that feedback with the Recreation Management Technical Support Team. Such information is critical to our ongoing report evaluation and replacement planning process.

To Adjust the report use the Fields drop-down menu, under the Activity Fields tab, to add and remove fields.

Both the Prompt Response by Activity Summary and Prompt Response Summary Reports have the same filters and fields available for selection. By selecting the Filters drop-down menu, you can filter by:

Set the date range to the dates of check-in data you wish to see in the report.
Select the Filter tab and the Check-In filters. Then select the Location to see specific locations or leave it set to All Locations to view all.

Select the fields drop-down and select Row Count, First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Street Address, City, State, Zip, Phone 1, Email address, and then select Apply to see these selections.
Click the export option from the report menu and select your export type.
