At CivicPlus®, we strive to develop high-impact and robust software for our customers. We are committed to offering you the most up-to-date technology and features, which means adding innovative functionality and sunsetting outdated or infrequently used offerings.

You will notice that some reports in your Recreation Management software are marked as scheduled for removal.

Please rest assured that before we remove these reports permanently, we will provide you with a detailed and advanced timeline so you can prepare accordingly. We are also working on evaluating replacements for many of these reports to ensure you continue to have access to the data and insights you need to manage your parks and rec operations effectively.

If any of the reports that are scheduled for removal are ones that you use often, please share that feedback with the Recreation Management Technical Support Team. Such information is critical to our ongoing report evaluation and replacement planning process.

Sign-in Sheets Report

This report behaves similarly to the original version. The UI is slightly different.  

Waiting List Report

Select the Filters Drop-down Menu. Under the Activity Filters tab, you can filter by:

  • Start Date Range

  • End Date Range

  • Day of the Week

  • Location

  • Program Period

  • Category

  • Activity  

  • Session

The GL Filters tab allows you to filter by GL Code GL Filters Tab.

To Adjust the report use the Fields drop-down menu, under the Activity Fields tab, to add and remove fields. Activity Fields Tab.

Summary count of Registration Prompt Response and Registration Prompt Responses Report

Old Report: Summary count of Registration Prompt Response and Registration Prompt Responses

New Report: Prompt Response by Activity, Prompt Response Summary, Activity Roster with Prompt Response

Both the Prompt Response by Activity Summary and Prompt Response Summary Reports have the same filters and fields available for selection. By selecting the Filters drop-down menu, you can filter by:

  • Start Date Range

  • End Date Range

  • Day of the Week

  • Location

  • Program Period

  • Category

  • Activity

  • Session

Below those Filters are the Prompt response options that you can select to filter by or leave them blank and it will report all Prompts. Activity Filters Tab.

Department Participation Report

Old Report: Department Participation Report

New Report: Roster Report

This report has filters for

  • User

  • Activity

  • Add-Ons

  • Participant

  • Waiver

  • Custom Data

You can select the Prompt Fields by selecting the Field drop-down.

Prompt Responses Tab.

Select the following fields to see similar data to the Participation report

  • User Fields: First Name, Last Name, Age, Gender, City, State, Zip Code

  • Transaction Fields: Amount Paid

  • Activity Fields: Activity, Session, Session Start Date

New Report: Check-In Summary by Location, Check-in Summary By Activity

Set the date range to the dates of check-in data you wish to see in the report.

Check-In Summary Date Range.

Select the Filter tab and the Check-In filters. Then select the Location to see specific locations or leave it set to All Locations to view all.

Prompt Response Report

New Reports: People Finder, People Finder (With Report Pickup)

Select the fields drop-down and select Row Count, First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Street Address, City, State, Zip, Phone 1, Email address, and then select Apply to see these selections.People Finder User Fields.

Click the export option from the report menu and select your export type. Export Files Type.

Transactions By Locale

Old Report: Transactions By Locale

New Report: Transaction Detail

Select the Fields drop-down menu, select the Payer Fields tab, then select the User City and User ZipPayer Fields.

Deferred Revenue Report

Old Report: Deferred Revenue Report

New Report: Deferred GL Recognition Detail

This report will allow the user to select different filters and fields to narrow the scope of the detailed report as needed.
