Return an Item from the Equipment Rental Dashboard

This article will outline how Recreation Management users can return an item that has been rented from the Equipment Rental Dashboard.

Important Note

You must be logged into the location where the item is assigned to view checked-out equipment, Upcoming Reservations, or Current Inventory.

Instructions

  1. Log in to Recreation Management

  2. Use the drop-down menu in the top right corner to select the location where the item is assigned Location Dropdown Menu.

  3. Navigate to the Equipment Rentals tab and select the Rental Item Dashboard  Equipment Rentals option in the left navigation menu with Rental Item Dashboard selected.

  4. In the Checked Out table, under Actions, select the vertical ellipsis (three vertical dots)Actions three dot menu next to the rental item.

  5. Click Return Item Return Item option under the Actions dropdown.

  6. Enter any notes or comments in the return pop-up window  Notes or comments on the Reservation Return screen.

  7. Click the Return button to return equipment to inventory  Return button.

  8. The checked-out inventory is now removed from the dashboard since the item has been returned
