This article will outline how Recreation Management users can return an item that has been rented from the Equipment Rental Dashboard.
Important Note
You must be logged into the location where the item is assigned to view checked-out equipment, Upcoming Reservations, or Current Inventory.
Instructions
Log in to Recreation Management
Use the drop-down menu in the top right corner to select the location where the item is assigned
Navigate to the Equipment Rentals tab and select the Rental Item Dashboard
In the Checked Out table, under Actions, select the vertical ellipsis (three vertical dots)
Click Return Item
Enter any notes or comments in the return pop-up window
Click the Return button to return equipment to inventory
The checked-out inventory is now removed from the dashboard since the item has been returned
