Save Custom Reports

This article will show you how to save a custom Report.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Reports Reports Tab in the left navigation menu.

  2. Select a report from the Custom Reports tab custom reports tab on the reports screen.

  3. Apply any desired filters Filters options.

    • From/To: Apply a date range

    • Filters: Add filters

    • Fields: View/remove fields

    • Refresh: Select to apply new filters

  4. Select the Save Report icon save report menu.

    • Last Updated: Date of last modification to report, non-editable

    • Report Title: Modify report title

    • Who Can See It?: Choose from viewable only by you (Me Only (or viewable for whole staff All Staff))

    • Description: Brief description of the report

    • Current Location: Check if the report is for the current location

  5. Click Save Changes save changes button on the save report menu.

  6. A pop-up may appear that says Report not editable by user, new report created instead. Click OK ok button on the error pop-up.

    Note:

    This pop-up just means that a copy of this report will be created for your custom report, with the original still existing with its default settings.
