Staff can use their mobile device’s built-in camera to scan tickets and membership barcodes while working in the Recreation Management desktop staff view. This allows your team to use phones or tablets for scanning without switching to a separate mobile interface.
This Means:
No need to switch between mobile and desktop views
Works on both Android and Apple devices
Ideal for front desk and on-the-go staff
No setup or configuration is required. The camera control option will automatically appear in the Check-In toolbar for memberships and Tickets
Instructions
Log in to Recreation Management
Navigate to the Accounts tab

Click the Check-In dropdown menu

Use the drop down menu to choose either Membership or Ticket.

Select the Camera Icon to use your mobile device to scan the membership or ticket.
