This article will show you how to run a Sign-In Sheets report for specific activities. You can print or email these sheets and save the filters for future use.
Instructions
Navigate to Reports
Select Activity Reports, and then Sign-In Sheets
Configure the report filters:
Sheet Type: Choose to show sheets from a Single Day or Multi-Day
Note:
If you select Multi-Day, choose the Dates Per Page to display.
From/To Dates: Configure the desired date range
Sessions: Select the applicable sessions as well as any program periods, categories, or locations
Display Options: Choose to include check in/out boxes or prompt responses
Click Refresh
The sign-in sheet(s) will populate below, choose to Email or Print
If you would like to save the filters for future use, click Save View
Enter a Title and Description for the view
Check For Me Only if you want the view to only be visible to you
Click Save
Select Open to access saved views
