Sign-In Sheets

This article will show you how to run a Sign-In Sheets report for specific activities. You can print or email these sheets and save the filters for future use.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to ReportsReports Tab in the left navigation menu.

  2. Select Activity Reports, and then Sign-In Sheetssign in sheets report

  3. Configure the report filters: sign in sheets fields

    • Sheet Type: Choose to show sheets from a Single Day or Multi-Day

      Note:

      If you select Multi-Day, choose the Dates Per Page to display. dates per page

    • From/To Dates: Configure the desired date range

    • Sessions: Select the applicable sessions as well as any program periods, categories, or locations

    • Display Options: Choose to include check in/out boxes or prompt responses

  4. Click Refreshrefresh button

  5. The sign-in sheet(s) will populate below, choose to Email or Printemail or print buttons

  6. If you would like to save the filters for future use, click Save Viewsave view button

    1. Enter a Title and Description for the view title and description fields

    2. Check For Me Only if you want the view to only be visible to you for me only checkbox.

    3. Click Savesave button.

    4. Select Open to access saved views open button.
