This article will show you how to pull a detailed report of active memberships using the Membership Report or a summarized listing with the Active Membership Summary.

Membership Report (Detailed Listing)

To get a detailed listing of active members on any given date please follow these steps.

Navigate to Reports
Select Membership Reports, and then select Membership Report
Ensure the From and To date fields are set to the same date
Note:
By default, the fields will auto-generate to the current system date.
- Active Memberships as of Today: Set both the From and To dates to be today's date
- Active Memberships as of Future Date: Set both the From and To dates to be the date you are looking to assess
If needed, select the Filters drop-down to narrow down the results
On the Membership Filters tab, you can use the Starts After/Before fields to filter by membership start dates
On the Activity Filters tab, you can filter by specific membership sessions and their start dates
Click Refresh
View the Membership Report of active members
Note:
If you notice any members with more than ‘1’ in the Membership Count column, that means those individuals currently have more than one active membership of that type. This typically happens when individuals renew their membership early.
If needed, choose an export option
- Print Report: Click to print your report through your local printer
- Export Report
  - Normal Export: Includes sections and tallies
  - Raw Export: Includes all data without sections and tallies
- Email Report: Email reports
- Schedule Report: Automate reports on a schedule
- Save Report: Save custom reports
- Communicate: Send a mass email

Active Membership Summary

To get a summarized listing of active memberships on any given date please follow these steps.

Navigate to Reports
Select Membership Reports, and then select Active Membership Summary
Adjust the From and To date fields to the same date
- Active Memberships as of Today: Set both the From and To dates to be today's date
- Active Memberships as of Future Date: Set both the From and To dates to be the date you are looking to assess
If needed, select the Filters drop-down to narrow down the results
On the Membership Filters tab, you can use the Starts After/Before fields to filter by membership start dates
On the Activity Filters tab, you can filter by specific membership sessions and their start dates
Click Refresh
View the Active Membership Summary report of active members
If needed, choose an export option
- Print Report: Click to print your report through your local printer
- Export Report
