View an Account's Merchant Log History

This article will show you how to view an account's Merchant Log History. There, you can view a list of credit card payments for any given account.

Important Note:

• This list shows different types of payment processing activity. You may see more than one entry for the same charge, such as pre-authorization, capture, void, or refund. Because of this, the list is not reliable for merchant reconciliation. For accurate reconciliation, use the Transaction Report.

• This report is scheduled for removal.

1. Search for and select a user

2. Select Merchant Log History

3. View the log
