View Reservations on Your Transaction Browser

After you make a reservation, a customer can view their reservations in the Transaction . To ensure you see your reservation, use the filters to view appropriate results.    

Instructions

  1. Log in to Recreation Management

  2. Search and select a user Highlighted Search bar and selected user on the accounts page.

  3. Select Transaction BrowserHighlighted 'Transaction Browser' option in account actions menu for managing transactions.

  4. Select the Reservations tabTransaction browser with the reservations tab highlighted.

  5. Use filters on the left-hand side Transaction browser Filters highlighted on the Reservations tab.

    • Account Members: Select which account members you want to view reservations for

    • Transaction From and Transaction To: Enter a date range which the transaction was placed

    • Receipt #: Enter the receipt number, if you have it

    • Reservation From and Reservation To: Enter a date range which the reservation is for

    • Rental Status: Choose to view only active, only inactive, or both active and inactive reservations

  6. Select the Refresh Results buttonTransaction Browser Reservation Filters with the Refresh Results button highlighted.

  7. View your reservations Transaction Browser page showing Reservation details for Kam Smith at various facilities with associated permits and totals.
