View Reservations on Your Transaction Browser

Overview

After you make a reservation, a customer can view their reservations in the Transaction Browser. To ensure you see your reservation, use the filters to view appropriate results.    

Instructions

  1. Search and select a user select user

  2. Select Transaction Browsertransaction browser

  3. Select the Reservations tabreservations tab

  4. Use filters on the left-hand side filters

    • Account Members: Select which account members you want to view reservations for

    • Transaction From and Transaction To: Enter a date range which the transaction was placed

    • Receipt #: Enter the receipt number, if you have it

    • Reservation From and Reservation To: Enter a date range which the reservation is for

    • Rental Status: Choose to view only active, only inactive, or both active and inactive reservations

  5. Select Refresh Resultsrefresh

  6. View your reservations reservations
