After you make a reservation, a customer can view their reservations in the Transaction . To ensure you see your reservation, use the filters to view appropriate results.
Instructions
Log in to Recreation Management
Search and select a user

Select Transaction Browser

Select the Reservations tab

Use filters on the left-hand side

Account Members: Select which account members you want to view reservations for
Transaction From and Transaction To: Enter a date range which the transaction was placed
Receipt #: Enter the receipt number, if you have it
Reservation From and Reservation To: Enter a date range which the reservation is for
Rental Status: Choose to view only active, only inactive, or both active and inactive reservations
Select the Refresh Results button
