Administrators can view the Global Action Log, consolidated from the Account Action Log, Activity Log, and Facility Log.

Who can use this feature?

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Functions > Action LogFunctions, action log option in the left navigation menu.

  2. View the Action LogGlobal action log.

    • Timestamp: View the date and time for the action

    • Action: The type of action taken

    • Performed By: The user who performed the action, select their name to view their account

    • Notes: Transaction notes for the action

    • IP: The of the user

    • Fields Changed: Any fields that were changed

  3. Filter results by searching for a userSearch for a user to filter results.
