Resolve a Redirect Error as a Result of an Account Merge

A Redirect Error message occurs in the case of a bad account merge. To resolve this problem, follow the instructions below.

If you still receive an Error message after following the below instructions, contact Support.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Functions > Undo Merge Functions, undo merge option in the left navigation menu.

  2. Select the Undo Merge tool next to the desired user Undo merge tool.

  3. Select OK to Are you sure you want to undo this merge?Ok button on the undo merge menu.
